What this means:
Project-based support is ideal when you have a clear goal or initiative, but need extra capacity or specialist input to get it delivered properly.
I work with recruitment agencies and HR / HR tech providers on discrete projects - from campaigns and content to website updates, messaging work and marketing assets. The focus is on getting high-quality work out the door, without overcomplicating things or dragging projects out.
This is hands-on, delivery-focused support, shaped around your priorities and timelines.
Who might need this:
Project-based support is a good fit if:
- You have a specific campaign, launch or initiative to deliver
- Your team has the strategy or an idea, but not the time or resource to execute it
- You need senior input for a defined piece of work
- You want support without a long-term commitment
This works well for teams who are clear on what they need, but want someone they can trust to deliver it properly.
How it works in practice:
We agree the scope, outcomes and timeline upfront, so everyone’s clear on what success looks like.
I then take ownership of delivery - working independently where possible and collaborating with your team where needed. Once the project is complete, I hand everything over cleanly, with any documentation or context required to keep things moving.
Support can be one-off or repeated across multiple projects, depending on what you need.
