Fractional marketing gives you access to senior-level marketing support without the commitment of a full-time hire. I work alongside recruitment agencies and HR / HR tech providers to bring structure, focus and momentum to marketing - whether you’re building things from scratch or already have a strategy in place.
In some cases, I help shape positioning, direction and priorities. In others, the strategy already exists, but there isn’t enough capacity to do the doing, like creating assets, building nurture flows, updating the website, or getting campaigns out the door. I slot in where the gap is, making sure plans actually turn into progress.
The focus is always on marketing that supports trust, relationships and real sales conversations - not activity for activity’s sake.
Who might need this:
Fractional marketing is a good fit if:
- You’re a recruitment agency or HR / HR tech business with a strategy, but not enough capacity to execute it properly
- You have in-house marketing support, but they’re stretched, junior, or focused elsewhere
- Marketing activity keeps slipping behind delivery, sales, or client work

How it works in practice:
Fractional support is flexible by design. I usually work with clients on an ongoing basis, for example a set number of days per month, but this can shift depending on priorities and workload.
I slot into your existing setup, working alongside founders, sales teams, or in-house marketers. Where a strategy is already in place, I focus on execution - like building assets, launching campaigns, updating the website, or setting up nurture flows. Where things are less defined, I help bring clarity and structure before getting stuck in.
I work independently, communicate clearly, and don’t need micromanaging. The aim is to help you make consistent progress, without adding another role to manage.
